Selection of Winners
Winners will be selected at random for the one hundred five (105) prizes.
The winners will be randomly selected by the OHDMDA to win one of the 105 prizes. The date that winners will take possession of their respective prizes is to be determined.
Rules and Conditions
All references herein to the “Ohio Harley Davidson Motorcycle Dealers Association” shall mean South East Harley-Davidson Sales, Inc., Carlton Harley-Davidson, Western Reserve Harley-Davidson, Freedom Harley-Davidson, Century Harley-Davidson, Harley-Davidson Sales Co., Liberty Harley-Davidson and Lake Erie Harley-Davidson.
Summer Sweepstakes Rules and Guidelines
Contest period begins June 23, 2008 and ends at the close of collections on July 20, 2008. The Ohio Harley Davidson Motorcycle Dealers Association reserves the right in its discretion to extend the contest period.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to participate in Ohio Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Dealers Association (“Sponsor”) “Live Large” promotion.
A purchase will not improve chances of winning. This drawing is open only individuals who are legal residents of the State of Ohio who are at least 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
Winners will be notified by telephone, mail, and/or e-mail. If any potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. In order to be eligible to receive prizes, the entry registration information must be completed and received by one of the Ohio Harley Davidson Motorcycle Dealers Association as stated herein.
One winner per household. All decisions of the judges are final. Entries that are lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, incorrect, garbled or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at “Sponsor’s” servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. “Sponsor,” in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of “Sponsor.” The “Sponsor” further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution) that is responsible for assigning email addresses or mailing address for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Chances of winning are based on the number of entries received by “Sponsor”. “Sponsor” will not be responsible for awarding more than the number of prizes described above. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Potential winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (including social security number) and liability/publicity release. Affidavits and releases must be returned within five (5) days or an alternate winner may be selected. “Sponsor” is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this sweepstakes, including without limitation to mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability.
Entries are non-transferable and have no cash value and the odds of winning are based on the number of entrants.
Persons may enter by visiting a participating Ohio Harley Davidson Motorcycle Dealers Association member; South East Harley-Davidson Sales, Inc. in Cleveland, Ohio, Carlton Harley-Davidson in Manuta, Ohio, Western Reserve Harley-Davidson in Mentor, Ohio, Freedom Harley-Davidson in Canton, Ohio, Century Harley-Davidson in Medina, Ohio, Harley-Davidson Sales Co. in Cleveland, Ohio, Liberty Harley-Davidson in Akron, Ohio and Lake Erie Harley-Davidson in Avon, Ohio and request an entry form or visit us at www.northeastohioharley.com website to complete a form. A limit of one form entry per person will be issued. Further participants may register one of 2 ways below:

• Visit one of the dealerships for an entry form.
Decision of Ohio Harley Davidson Motorcycle Dealers Association personnel in issuing entry forms to participants is final.
The Ohio Harley Davidson Motorcycle Dealers Association reserves the right to disqualify any entrant.
The Ohio Harley Davidson Motorcycle Dealers Association reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not qualify under all terms and conditions ad will complete any and all necessary paperwork; supply any and all requested information and documentation that is requested by the Ohio Harley Davidson Motorcycle Dealers Association.
Decision of the OHDMDA and individual OHDMDA members is final in determining the winners through an impartial drawing on July 25, 2008. The names of winners will be made available by contacting www.northeastohioharley.com or one of the OHDMDA members.
The winners will sign a statement acknowledging they are responsible for all associated local, state and federal taxes and if necessary, will provide their social security number in order to receive a Federal IRS form 1099. Winners will sign a release, as a condition of accepting the prize, that their names, likenesses, name of community and testimony may be used in any type and/or publicity with the Ohio Harley Davidson Motorcycle Dealers Association.
The Ohio Harley Davidson Motorcycle Dealers Association is not responsible for accidents and/or damage to property or person incurred by the winner while using their prize.
Winners must show valid State or Federal issued ID and Ohio Drivers License
to claim any prize.
Prizes are non-refundable and cannot be combined with any other offer.
Employees of the Ohio Harley Davidson Motorcycle Dealers Association and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. Other drive/event sponsor employees, other partners and members of media are eligible to participate.
